A lot of people have their own definitions of art. For this semester I want to i want to make animation based on Hope. The definition i prefer the most from the video was "Art is the highest form of hope" by Gerhard Richter. Gerhard definition is something ill be seeking going forward into the semester. The definition i probably identify with the most is "Art has always been the raft on to which we climb to save our sanity." by Dorothea Tanning. We are surrounded by art everywhere we go. The clothes we wear, the music we listen too, the buildings we walk in and the videos we watch are all forms of art created by an artist. There is really no definition i really disagree with because they're all right in their own ways.
